1. Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we accept returns only for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging and within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at [your email]. Returns sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Eligible return conditions

A product may be returned if:

  • It is unopened, unused, and still sealed.

  • It is in its original packaging, including plastic film and fragrance box.

  • You notify us within the allowed return period.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened perfume bottles

  • Used perfumes

  • Tester or sample items

  • Clearance items (optional—choose if you want to allow returns or not)

  • Gift sets where any item has been opened

2. Damages, Leaks & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your perfume arrives leaking, broken, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video evidence.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund
    We cover all shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

3. Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not offer exchanges for preferences such as scent mismatch, strength, or personal liking.
If the product is unopened and eligible, you may return it and place a new order.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned opened or used

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to store error (damaged, leaking, wrong item), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
